The OKC DUI Guy received his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2002 and has devoted the vast majority of his legal practice to DUI and DUI Manslaughter cases since 2006. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a certified instructor of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests that the police officers use. This means Zach is able to teach the officers how to actually conduct the SFSTs. Zach’s practice is 99% DUI Defense, and he handles DUI cases on a daily basis.
In all of his years as an attorney, Zach has prosecuted and defended hundreds of DUI cases. He has been in jury trial for everything from Felony DUI to Manslaughter and Murder. His trial experience has given him an edge that many other lawyers do not possess. In fact, you probably cannot find another lawyer in the State of Oklahoma that has devoted a majority of his/her practice to DUI cases yet is still called on by the courts to perform Murder trials.
